From the date you receive the goods, you have 7 days to request a credit exchange or refund on the website.

 

For the return it is important that:

- the product has no indication of use (washing, odor, dirt, etc ...)

-have all tags, seals and accessories

 

In addition to the conditions above, it is important that the product is properly packaged. You can use the box in which you received the piece and seal it with adhesive tape.

 

EXPECT PRODUCT ANALYSIS

 

We will do a brief analysis to see if it meets the quality requirements. If an exchange has been requested, and there is a difference in payment, we will contact you to settle the amount. Otherwise, the exchange is released automatically.

 

Another option is to have the returned product amount credited to your Royal Princess account. It can be used in a future purchase and has no expiration date.
